We aim to provide a reliable and straightforward delivery experience from the
moment your order is placed until it arrives at your door.
Complimentary shipping is currently available for orders delivered to the
United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, China, Japan, and South Korea. For other
destinations, shipping charges may apply depending on the delivery location and
available shipping service.

Where shipping charges apply, the applicable amount will be shown before your
order is completed.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared for shipment after order confirmation and payment have been
successfully received. Processing time may vary depending on the item, availability,
and order requirements.
Made-to-Measure pieces require additional production time because each garment is
prepared according to the measurements provided with the order. Where applicable,
estimated production or processing information will be provided on the product page
or during order confirmation.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary according to the destination, shipping service, customs
procedures, and other circumstances outside our direct control.
Once your order has been dispatched, available tracking information will be provided
so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by public
holidays, customs clearance, severe weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.
International Orders, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or
other fees imposed by the destination country or region.
The treatment of duties and taxes may vary depending on the destination and the
shipping arrangement applicable to your order. Any charges not included in the amount
paid to RNUV at checkout may remain the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend reviewing the applicable import requirements in your destination country
before placing an international order.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, you will receive shipment information after your order
has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active
after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
Delivery Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are complete and
accurate when placing your order. RNUV cannot be responsible for delivery delays or
failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied with
the order.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as
possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before the order is dispatched,
but changes cannot be guaranteed once a shipment is in transit.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment appears to be significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives
with visible shipping damage, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work
with the carrier and assist in reviewing the shipment.
For damaged shipments, please retain the original packaging and provide clear
photographs of the package and affected item where requested. This information may
be required to investigate the shipment with the carrier.
